INotice is hereby given that sealed bids for the Alterations at the New Robbinsville Municipal, Court and Police Building will be received, opened, and read in public at the council chambers Robbinsville Township, NJ, 2298 Route 33, Robbinsville, NJ 08691 on January 9, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time by the Robbinsville Township QPA or his designee.

Bids must be delivered to the Municipal Clerk, Robbinsville Township, 2298 Route 33, Robbinsville, NJ 08691. The Township assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail, or delivery service that cause the bid to be received at the Municipal Clerk's Office later than the above-referenced scheduled opening. The Township reserves the right to reject any bid received after the date and time set forth herein. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. Seq.,), or to waive minor, immaterial defects as may be permitted by law. The submission of a bid is conclusive evidence that the Bidder has completely reviewed the bid documents, along with the proposed terms and conditions of the contract documents, and fully understands and agrees to all of the requirements, terms, and conditions set forth therein.

Electronic Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained after 2:00 PM EST on December 5, 2024, by contacting FLM Reprographics at www.usaplanroom.com , (609) 987-0666. Project R2023.0172 is in the “Public Projects” and is available for download. There is no charge for obtaining an electronic copy of the Bid Documents. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting at Robbinsville Township Municipal 2298 Route 33, Robbinsville, NJ 08691 in Council Chambers, on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 2:00 PM, prevailing time.

All Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted by email to both Marlene Borruso at mborruso@usaarchitects.com and Samantha Bard sbard@usaarchitects.com by 4:00 PM on December 17th, 2024. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.) and P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57), where applicable.

All bidders are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation from the Township at the website listed above. In the event of any inconsistencies between this advertisement, as published, and the bid documentation, the bid documentation shall control.
