INVITATION TO BID

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Bid #A34-24, Camden County Supportive Housing Project will be received, opened and read in public at the Camden County Courthouse, 1st Floor Lobby, 520 Market Street, Camden, New Jersey 08102 on October 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM prevailing time by the Camden County Purchasing Agent or her designee.

Bids must be delivered to the Camden County Division of Purchasing, Courthouse 6th Floor, 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. If hand-delivered, bids must be left in the bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance of the Courthouse at 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Bin access is 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM only. The County assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the Division of Purchasing later than the above-referenced scheduled opening.

Electronic Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained after September 4, 2024 by contacting FLM Reprographics at usaplanroom.com, phone number (609) 987-0666. Project 2022-157 is in “Public Jobs”, and is available for download. There is no charge for obtaining an electronic copy of the Bid Documents.

All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre- bid meeting to be held at The Sustainable Building at 508 Lakeland Road Blackwood, NJ 08012, on Wednesday September 11th, 2024, at 2:00 PM, prevailing time. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site after the pre-bid meeting..

All Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted by email to Marlene Borruso, at mborruso@usaarchitects.com by September 18th, 2024 by 4:00 PM.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27).

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57), where applicable.

All bidders are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation from the County at the website listed above. In the event of any inconsistencies between this advertisement, as published, and the bid documentation, the bid documentation shall control.

Prospective bidders are advised that the Project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). The PLA will be binding upon all Contractors performing on-site Project work, as defined in Article 3 of the PLA.
